How it works
This apprenticeship is provided by Housing Plus Group in partnership with the training provider Paragon Skills. This is the 12-month Adult Care Worker Level 2 Apprenticeship, followed by eight weeks to complete your end point assessment. You will be supported by a dedicated assessor and coach.
These qualifications will teach you the skills and knowledge required to support our residents within Shire Living Schemes which you will be able to apply with the hands-on experience you will gain as our Apprentice.
