Job Title:
Maintenance Scheduler
Purpose:
The Maintenance Scheduler will coordinate, produce, and issue a weekly schedule of planned preventative maintenance routines, defects, and statutory inspections in line with site priorities.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with maintenance operations and process teams to ensure business as usual and integration of expansion projects across the site.
* Ensure planned work is updated in the maintenance management system.
* Produce a weekly maintenance schedule.
* Liaise with production buildings for equipment availability ahead of planned maintenance.
* Facilitate and manage asset registration for all equipment on site.
* Assist in establishing equipment strategies and maintenance routines based on OEM recommendations and performance feedback from maintenance and operations teams.
* Implement maintenance strategies into the BMS system.
* Work with maintenance and engineering to maintain site preventative routines.
* Monitor and measure utilisation of craft teams to ensure cost-effective use of resource.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* 80% adherence to the maintenance schedule as per KPIs and SOPs.
* Measure and communicate engineering-related KPIs across the organisation.
Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ):
* Participate in Accident, Incident, Near Miss reviews and assist in evaluating the safety status of the workshop.
* Participate in routine plant safety activities.
