About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher looking to make a real impact in a supportive and forward-thinking school. As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education to our young learners, creating a stimulating and engaging classroom environment that encourages active learning and exploration. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils, ensuring each child is challenged and supported in their learning journey.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, preferably within a UK primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and current educational practices.
• Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to supporting every child’s growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons that meet the needs of all learners in Key Stage 1.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents to support their development.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and share best practices.
• Contribute to the wider school community through participation in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
