As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service delivery and managing a team of customer service representatives.
Responsibilities:
Follow up on voicemails/messages left from previous day.
Receive incoming calls and greet callers with a friendly and professional manner, redirecting them to the appropriate department if necessary.
Promptly record caller information and details of each call for reference.
Assist existing customers by accessing their account information and addressing their queries or concerns.
Log jobs and provide customers with job numbers, ensuring accurate documentation.
Schedule non-urgent service requests by checking availability on the engineer's monthly schedule spreadsheet and updating the planner accordingly.
Escalate urgent issues to the logistics department for immediate action.
Seek guidance from team members when unsure about specific details or inquiries.
