Role & Responsibilities As a Quality Engineer, you will support the QSHE Manager and be a key player in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained across the organization. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Oversee and manage inspection processes for both incoming and outgoing components. Handle non-conformance issues and lead improvement initiatives. Conduct vendor audits and drive performance improvements. Perform internal audits and engage in continuous improvement activities. Develop and implement inspection standards and quality system tools. Provide expert guidance on quality management processes and industry best practices. Analyse process control data and report key performance metrics. Support management with actionable insights for review meetings and strategic planning.
