The Senior Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Directors, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Warrington office. This role will be fully office based. This role requires a highly organised and proactive individual with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. The successful candidate will anticipate the needs of the Directors, manage complex schedules, and coordinate a variety of administrative tasks. Duties and Responsibilities Handling an extensive range of administrative functions for the Directors. Collaboration with the regional colleagues as required, to ensure smooth running of all processes. Assist the Directors with complex projects, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion. Track project progress, manage timelines, and identify potential risks or issues. Consider the Director's priorities, time management needs, and negotiate meeting times with internal and external stakeholders to find suitable common ground. Working closely with C-suite executives to manage complex schedules, anticipating and proactively addressing potential conflicts, ensuring smooth execution of executive priorities. Coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation and detailed itineraries to ensure smooth and efficient logistics. Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion. Prepare comprehensive agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings and conferences, maintaining a deep understanding of the nuclear industry's technical concepts and regulatory standards. Gather and synthesise information for reports, briefings, and presentations, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with company policies. Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues and logistical challenges, demonstrating resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant role, with a strong preference for supporting Director-level leadership or higher. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including, MS teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc. Relevant experience in a role that incorporates the major components of the duties and responsibilities noted above. Strong sense of accountability with a proactive approach, marked by initiative and meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Confidence in using initiative and making independent decisions in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Eagerness to contribute to the team and its development. Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to act independently and use sound judgment. Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
