CIAG Careers Officer - Central
The PWR team is seeking a motivated and innovative CIAG Careers Officer to join a national team and provide crucial careers advice to students across multiple sites. This role offers flexible working opportunities, with consideration given to both full-time and part-time applicants. The salary for this position is SCP 11-15 (£24,056 - £25,665).
As a CIAG Careers Officer, you will:
* Provide high-quality careers guidance and activities to pupils across their time in Aldridge schools.
* Be a key member of the Personal Development team in each school, contributing to the ongoing development of careers provision.
* Guide young people in making successful, aspirational plans for their next steps.
* Work across Darwen Aldridge Community Academy, Darwen Aldridge Enterprise Studio, and Darwen Vale High School, with regular travel between sites required.
* Visit other sites within the trust and attend national events as and when required.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
