We are looking for a HR Business Partner to provide operational HR support and specialist HR advice in relation to employment law, HR policy and terms and conditions of employment, including advice relating to sickness absence, capability, disciplinary and grievance. Your main role will be to support the HR team in relation to HR case work management. However, there will also be the opportunity to contribute to the wider work of the HR team in respect of staff and organisational development, policy development and ad hoc projects. Whilst this is a short term role to provide additional support to the HR team, this is a wonderful opportunity for anyone looking to obtain HR employee relations experience in an ICB setting. You should be CIPD qualified or have the equivalent level of experience. Current employee relations experience and up to date knowledge of employment and case law is essential.
