Remuneration: Salary of £25k + on target earnings (around £5, a year)
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (8am-4.30pm or 9am-5.30pm rota'd)

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a designated bank of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving any queries or issues in a timely manner
3. Act as the main point of contact for agencies, building strong relationships and developing a deep understanding of their requirements
4. Work closely with the sales team to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base
5. Assist with administrative tasks related to agency accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained
6. Handle referrals from agencies with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish
7. Communicate effectively with clients over the phone, showcasing excellent verbal and listening skills
