Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for agency in the real estate sector? We are seeking an experienced Commercial Agency Director to join our team and drive our growth across the UK property market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify Target Businesses: Pinpoint potential acquisition opportunities.
2. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain senior-level connections within the UK property market.
3. Engage Proactively: Understand business gaps and opportunities through active engagement.
4. Conduct Analysis: Perform detailed commercial due diligence on potential targets.
5. Prepare Reports: Collaborate with finance to create comprehensive M&A reports, decks, and IC papers.
6. Lead Valuations: Oversee all pricing and valuation activities.
7. Manage Due Diligence: Coordinate all due diligence work-streams.
8. Liaise with Advisers: Serve as the main contact for advisers, brokers, and other stakeholders.
9. Structure Deals: Work with legal teams on SPAs and lead all M&A negotiations.
10. Ensure Timely Completion: Drive the timely completion of M&A opportunities.
11. Plan Integrations: Collaborate with internal teams to plan post-acquisition integrations.
12. Report on Progress: Produce regular reports and KPIs on M&A activities and integration milestones.
13. Post-Completion Activities: Ensure all post-completion activities are executed with the finance team.
Candidate Profile:
1. Experience: Proven deals experience in real estate or property services.
2. Leadership: Skilled at operating and influencing at an executive level.
3. Execution: Ability to manage and execute a wide range of deals.
4. Energy & Drive: Highly energetic, driven, and willing to travel across the UK to meet targets.
