A rapidly expanding company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to oversee the construction of over 600 new nursing home bedrooms across multiple locations over the next three years. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in senior-level construction management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

2. Contract Management
3. Project Coordination
4. Reporting and Compliance
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in senior management within the construction industry.
2. At least 3 years’ experience in project management or as a Site Manager.
3. Strong understanding of the building and construction industry.
4. Proven ability to lead and manage teams with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
5. Well-organised and able to meet competing deadlines.
6. Ability to effectively handle and resolve unexpected challenges.
Other Requirements:
1. A full and valid UK Driver’s Licence is required due to the travel demands of the role.
