Job Title : Healthcare Support Worker - Days/Nights(Female) Location : Farnborough, Hampshire Pay Rate : £12.50-£13.00 per hour Full-Time Salary : £26,000 per annum Shift Pattern : Full-Time (40 hours per week), covering earlies, lates, weekends, and bank holidays on a rotational basis. Key Responsibilities Provide Personal Care : Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility. Emotional & Practical Support : Offer emotional support, companionship, and practical assistance to individuals with diverse needs. Care Plans : Follow individual care plans and ensure they are tailored to meet the specific needs of service users. Monitoring : Observe and record service users' physical and emotional health, reporting any changes or concerns to the team leader or management. Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a high standard of care. Hygiene & Safety : Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times. Assisting with Activities : Engage and support service users with daily activities, both inside and outside the home. Requirements Experience : Previous experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial but not essential. Qualifications : NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable. Skills : Good communication, empathy, and a caring attitude. Physical Ability : Must be able to assist with the physical aspects of care. Flexibility : Available to work on a rotational shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
