Join our client’s team in Oxford as a Fire Bias Small Works Manager, where you’ll manage key fire and security projects while driving financial performance. Principal Responsibilities Booking & Coordination : Schedule and coordinate works engineers. Documentation : Compile O&M manuals for completed contracts/works. Meetings : Attend site and client meetings. Financial Management : Responsible for own forecast and P&L. Revenue Targets : Achieve a personal turnover of £100k – £120k per month. Scheduling : Schedule delivery requirements. Contracts and Invoicing : Complete contracts RTI’s within month-end deadlines/invoicing. Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of all Fire Systems, HSSDs, Disabled Refuge, and PAVA. System Knowledge : Excellent knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Systems. Process Improvement : Help establish and develop best work practices and procedures to enhance internal systems and personal role. Team Collaboration : Develop a good working relationship and team ethic with other Works Managers, Works Supports, Works Engineers, and the Head of Works. Resource Management : Ensure works engineers have the correct access and equipment on site or delivered to start for them to carry out their duties. Forecasting : Support and complete necessary labour and financial forecasting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Team Management : Manage Works Engineers. Time Management : Must have a strong ability to manage their own time. Multitasking : Must have a strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines
