Our ideal candidates will have a genuine love for food, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work under pressure. From entry-level Commis to experienced Sous Chefs. Full and Part Time positions available. Commis Chef Assist senior chefs in the preparation of ingredients and basic cooking tasks. Learn and adhere to kitchen safety, hygiene, and operational procedures. Support the team in daily tasks including food prep, cleaning, and organization. Ensure the highest quality of dishes leaving the kitchen. Chef de Partie Manage a specific section of the kitchen (grill, sauté, pastry, etc.). Prepare and cook dishes to the bistros standards under the guidance of senior chefs. Train and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff. Ensure section is stocked, clean, and operationally efficient. Sous Chef Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring the smooth running of service. Lead the team in the Head Chefs absence and oversee food preparation, quality control, and hygiene. Help design menus, contribute to dish creation, and ensure proper stock and inventory management. Mentor and develop junior kitchen staff. Skills and Qualifications Culinary certification or equivalent kitchen experience (required for each grade). Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management practices. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team, under pressure, and during peak hours. Creative flair and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
