Job Overview:
With the various Global Sporting events and projects coming up, we are looking to expand the team. We are looking for an exceptional Project & Account Manager to join our UK team, based in Romsey, near Southampton. Our head office is a fast-paced, exciting environment run by a close-knit team. No two days are the same as we work against the clock to meet our client’s briefs and deliver goods across the world that exceed expectations. We’re looking for a new team member who will share our enthusiasm for on-trend products, innovative packaging and excellent service.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about product development and have a love of sports and entertainment. We are ideally looking for someone who has at least 2 years’ experience working in a busy office environment and is quick to learn new systems and processes. Previous experience of leading projects and/or purchasing would be advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support projects from initial concept through to delivery
* Work on any new RFQs that are raised by the sales team
* Liaise with our Design Studio on artwork requirements
* Guide and advise internal stakeholders on project updates
* Collaborate with our sales team responding to new client briefs
* Liaise closely with our China and UK Procurement teams to source and develop merchandise, packaging and print items
* Communicate daily with our design studio with artwork and new concepts
* Input product specs and pricing into internal systems to generate estimates and order confirmations for client sign off
* Share production schedules with sales team
* Ensure timely delivery of all allocated projects
* Manage client expectations, and liaise with clients regarding project
* Attend client meetings when needed
Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience in a print environment or in a role requiring numerical and analytical skills is beneficial but not strictly required.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with estimating software or print management systems is advantageous but not essential.
* Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing estimates and documentation.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on project specifications and costs.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, suppliers, and clients.
* Team Player: A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well within a team environment.
* Time Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple estimates simultaneously.
* Organised: Ability to respond and work on any new RFQs that are raised by the sales team efficiently.

* Project Management: 2 years (preferred)
