Deputy Store Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of the store leadership, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high store standards.
Salary:
£35,000 - £42,000 per annum

The successful candidate will have previous management experience, with a strong track record of leading teams and driving results. You will be an effective communicator, able to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Main Responsibilities:
• Assist the Store Manager in setting and achieving sales targets
• Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Manage and develop a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional results
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment
