At the heart of that in the UK is the gymnastics community, made up of gymnasts, parents, coaches, clubs and other venues, officials and volunteers – together they form the fabric of a sport that is woven into local communities across the country. As the UK’s national governing body for gymnastics, by working closely with our members who form this community, we aim to lead, support and inspire them to help build a bright future for our sport. Our Community Team are looking for a Gymnastics Experience Programme Partner to support the development and maintenance of products and programmes aimed at improving gymnast experiences with a focus on Rise Gymnastics and taking a lead on specific work plans within this programme. The Role The main responsibilities of the role are: Taking the lead for the delivery of work packages and associated work Establishing and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders and colleagues across the organisation to ensure that programmes and products are implemented effectively across the gymnastics community Connecting with external and internal stakeholders on a regular basis to review the outcomes set against the work plans for programmes and products. Connect with the Community Engagement team to support the implementation of products and programmes Working with the Insight team to coordinate and collate insight to help shape direction of new products and programmes. Champion quality and safe participant experience across the business and in the community. The Person Applicants will need to demonstrate: Understanding of gymnast experience and what constitutes a quality, safe environment. Strong knowledge of gymnastics across different disciplines and environments. Proven experience in product and programme management. Knowledge or experience of the Rise Gymnastics programme. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships. Experience leading meetings and working collaboratively across teams. Effective co-ordination and self-management skills to deliver products and programmes, building / tracking agreed budgets, processing financials, collating data, producing reports as required Confident in making informed decisions and contributing to wider team discussions. IT skills for analysing and interpreting data, creating insightful & visual reports Strong report-writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
