The role:
In this role you will provide invaluable administration support to the whole debt and asset finance team. It is a varied and busy role and a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of a law firm to allow you to build the necessary skills to progress further.
Duties could include:
1. Loading New Instructions (Bulk and Individual instructions)
2. Managing Client & Debtor Payments
3. Liaising with a bulk letter provider and sending daily batches
4. Actioning certain debt recovery post
5. Distribution of enforcement reports
6. Supplier Invoicing
7. Generic Reporting
8. Certain Case Management workflows and activities
What you’ll need:
9. Administration Experience advantageous.
10. Experience with IT systems to include Microsoft Word and Excel
11. the ability to work well in a team and develop good working relationships with colleagues and others
12. good communication skills with the confidence to liaise openly and clearly with colleagues
13. the ability to produce a high standard of work, sometimes under pressure, whilst maintaining accuracy and good attention to detail
14. to be able to demonstrate flexibility, initiative and confidence in your own ability
The hours:
Monday – Thursday 9am – 5.30pm
Friday – 9am – 5.00pm

We have hubs in Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leicester, London, Lincoln, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Solihull, Stratford-upon-Avon and Sheffield. This role will be predominantly home based with travel as required into Birmingham or one of our other West Midlands hubs
