The Systems Analyst at AllPoints Fibre will work as part of the Systems Operations and Support team and will be responsible for analysis of systems related tickets raised from our customers, both internal and external. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing, troubleshooting, and optimizing our systems to ensure seamless operations. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
What you will be doing:
1. Triage, troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
2. Document your findings as requirements with associated tasks.
3. Collaborate with development teams to implement system enhancements to completion.
4. Complete day to day configuration as required.
5. Liaise with the stakeholders and the wider team to ensure progression.
6. Analyse system performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Monitor system performance.
8. Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
9. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
10. Participate in system upgrades and migrations.
About you:
1. Proven experience working as a Systems Analyst.
2. Attention to detail and good communication skills are essential, particularly the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
4. Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.
5. A basic understanding and familiarity with programming languages and scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
