We’re hiring for Support Workers in St Columb Major
Are you looking for a rewarding role to empower you and the people you support. We are recruiting to two of our supported living settings. You will support a lady living in her own bungalow or support to three ladies who share their home together. Each have their own interests, preferences, abilities and needs. There is lots of variety.
As a support worker you play a vital role, empowering people to live active and meaningful lives. Your support will include developing daily living skills, accessing a wider community, personal care and medication needs.
Working in our friendly teams, you’ll be supported in your role from day one. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support.
Manual, UK driving licence required.

* To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead
* To develop daily living skills.
* Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships
* To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans.
* To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals.
* Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
