This is an exciting opportunity to join our operational team at Corkfield, as a Night Community Host.
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-oriented Night Receptionist to ensure smooth operations during the overnight hours and provide top-tier service and a secure environment for our residents.
Your primary focus will be making sure our residents feel safe and secure. You will bring positive energy to each interaction, resolve issues quickly and effectively, and make everyone feel welcome and appreciated. It’s about first impressions, so you’ll take great pride in your presentation, ensuring the front of house is clean, smart, and welcoming at all times.

* Greet and assist residents and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Monitor security systems and ensure the building’s safety and security during the night.
* Handle phone calls, emails, and enquiries efficiently.
* Respond to emergencies and liaise with the appropriate services when required.
* Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
* Have excellent written and spoken English.
* Possess exceptional IT skills including MS Word, Excel & Outlook (training will be provided for our internal database system).
* Have excellent relationship-building skills with both new and long-term residents and team members.
* Work exceptionally well within a team dynamic and contribute to an established open culture.
