Role Overview
We are seeking a Broker Support Administrator to join our team in Nuneaton, with the option to work from our headquarters in Peterlee. This role is ideally more office-based, and internal applications are encouraged. If you have solid administrative experience along with excellent communication and organisational skills, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Main Responsibilities
1. Dealing with inbound calls from Brokers
2. Actioning and coordinating quotes and dealing with any queries
3. Notifying Broker of any sale rejections
4. Onboarding new Brokers/TPIs
5. Any other admin duties to support the sales office
