Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, executing email marketing campaigns, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to perform outbound calls to connect with potential clients and generate qualified leads for our Business Development Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
Develop and implement strategies to grow the company’s presence on key social platforms.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content tailored to the target audience.
Monitor social media trends, analyse engagement metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
2. Email Campaign Creation:
Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to attract and nurture leads.
Write compelling copy and manage email lists to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics, such as open rates and conversions.
3. Lead Generation:
Identify and connect with potential clients through social media, email, and outbound calls.
Conduct research to understand market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Qualify leads and maintain a database of prospects to hand off to Business Development Managers.
4. Outbound Calls:
Make targeted outbound calls to engage prospects, present the company’s offerings, and qualify leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to foster trust and collaboration.
5. Market Research and Strategy:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential areas for business growth.
Propose creative strategies to tap into untapped markets and expand the company’s client base.
6. Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with Business Development Managers to align lead generation efforts with overall sales goals.
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, results, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in lead generation, social media management, or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience with outbound calls.
* Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
