Term Time Only - 39 weeks per year ± 5 INSET days, plus additional 2 weeks to be worked during the summer holiday and paid on claim

Your key responsibilities fall into 3 main parts: Marketing, Fundraising and Alumni
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the organisation's educational offerings
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and optimise programme delivery
• Drive revenue generation through effective fundraising and partnership development strategies
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure the organisation stays ahead of the curve
• Lead a team of dedicated professionals, inspiring them to achieve their full potential
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing education programmes or projects and bid writing
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
