Front of House / Membership Experience Advisor
Location: Crawley
30 hours per week
Competitive Salary and Bonus Scheme
Some evenings and weekends required.
The Role
We are seeking a Front of House / Membership Experience Advisor to deliver a first-class experience to members, prospective members, and visitors to our health club.
Your Daily Focus
* Create an excellent first impression with a warm welcome, tidy appearance, and pleasant manner.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and guests.
* Register prospective members and guide them to the appropriate person.
* Assist new members with enrolment and support current members with queries.
* Provide information on classes and availability.
* Handle membership renewal and cancellation queries.
* Ensure the safety and security of members, guests, and staff.
* Manage telephone enquiries and assist the Gym Manager with retention calls.
* Maintain accurate records of queries, complaints, lost property, and repairs.
* Ensure day-to-day tasks, emails, and phone calls are efficiently handled.
* Create engaging social media content to promote the club, events, and special offers.
* Help with the club's social media platforms and respond to member inquiries online.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance online presence and grow the club’s digital community.
