Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist SEN School ASAP Start
Our special all through school is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Speech and Language Therapist.
The successful candidates will play a key role in implementing Speech and Language programs within the classroom, working closely with class teams to support our young learners aged between 3 and 19.

As Speech and Language Therapist, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our students, working as part of our multi-disciplinary team alongside other highly experienced and knowledgeable therapists.
You would be responsible for leading training sessions for Teachers and TAs in addition to supporting our students, both in and out of the classroom. Having a creative and inclusive therapeutic approach is very important for us, so we are looking for a Therapist who is confident and creative.

Salary Band 6 £39,930 to £45,730
Full-time, ASAP Start
Permanent Contract
Term-time hours of 35 hours per week
Located in Lambeth
Speech and Language Therapist - Requirements:
Recognised Speech and Language Therapy degree
Valid and up-to-date HCPC Registration
Registered member of RCSLT
Previous experience in trauma or complex needs settings (paid or voluntary)
Clear and concise report writing skills
Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
Experience with complex communication issues related to autism, including language disorder, dyspraxia, sensory impairment, and learning disabilities/difficulties
Ability to work independently
