We are looking for a part time administrator to join our busy Children's Services social work team based in Hastings Town Centre. As a member of the team you will provide admin support to a team of social workers and managers and be responsible for a variety of tasks to assist in the smooth running of the service. This will include processing referrals and initial contacts and uploading information using our client database system, taking complex meeting minutes, data entry, telephone contact with professionals and clients, and other general administrative tasks. It's a fast paced and varied role and we'll make sure that you get all the training and support you need to succeed. On completion of training you would work some days in the office and some days from home on a rota basis. We are looking for candidates who Have effective communication skills to liaise with a variety of professionals and other agencies at the forefront of our service Have strong MS Office skills Have a real passion for delivering excellent customer service.
