About the Role
As a Car Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience throughout their vehicle servicing journey. You will liaise between customers and the workshop, providing expert advice and exceptional customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting customers and managing service bookings efficiently.
* Advising customers on necessary repairs, maintenance schedules, and service options.
* Liaising with technicians to ensure accurate updates are communicated.
* Upselling relevant services and products where appropriate.
* Handling customer queries and concerns professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Managing service invoices and payments.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or service centre.
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
* A keen interest in the automotive industry and a passion for delivering excellent service.
