Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence in the asset finance industry.
2. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including manufacturers, dealers, and end-users, to generate new business opportunities.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the asset finance market.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, risk, and operations, to structure and negotiate financing solutions that meet clients' needs.
5. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to promote the company's products and services.
6. Monitor and track sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
7. Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure the company's business practices are in line with industry standards.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management in the finance industry.
2. Strong understanding of finance products, services, and market dynamics.
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, building relationships with clients, and closing deals.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
