Role & Responsibilities
* Assist in leading a small team of planners to deliver environmental planning services
* Oversee feasibility assessments, screening, planning, and project coordination
* Provide advice on technical related reports and planning applications
* Business development and stakeholder engagement, including technical specialists and local authority planning offices
* Liaise with clients directly and oversee team performance to meet the client's requirements
* Stay up to date with the relevant legal, regulatory, contractual, and organisational policies.
Required Skills & Experience
* Chartered MRTPI
* Proven experience working within a consultancy, local authority or real estate firm
* Experience with utilities or infrastructure projects is highly desirable
* Client-facing and project ownership experience
* Good knowledge of GIS systems
* Full UK Driving Licence.
