Secondary School Maths Teacher – Newcastle Protocol Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a secondary school in Newcastle. Your Responsibilities : As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, engaging students with the subject, and helping them develop a love for numbers and problem-solving. Your main duties will include: Planning and teaching effective Maths lessons that challenge and inspire students. Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners, ensuring every student can progress at their own pace. Assessing students’ work, providing feedback, and implementing strategies to support improvement. Building positive relationships with students to encourage engagement and progress. Supporting students in preparing for exams, including GCSE and A-Level assessments. Contributing to the wider school community and participating in school events and activities. What We’re Looking For : A qualified teacher with QTS and a degree in Maths or a related subject. Experience teaching Maths to secondary school students (GCSE and A-Level) is highly desirable. Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
