What
you will be doing:
To have a thorough
knowledge of and prepare all dishes on hotel menus, ensuring smooth and
efficient service throughout
You will be
preparing food to the quality and standards of the Head Chef
Up keeping the
standard of food and hygiene according to the company policy
Support the Sous
Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
To ensure all foods
are stored correctly and stocks rotated in line with Food Hygiene requirements.
To ensure the
efficient operation of the kitchen during service, ensuring food is prepared
and served to the standards required.
Maintaining the
cleanliness standards of the kitchen and exceeding local health and safety
regulations
Assist with
directing and assisting the various sections within the kitchen.
Dedicated to
providing an outstanding food experience for all our guests and have a genuine
passion for delivering exceptionally high standards and developing your career
within the Kitchen.
