The successful candidate will work across Chroma's main clinical areas - neuro-rehabilitation, adoption, and schools. The work is well supported by Chroma's referral and clinical teams. Chroma's approach to providing therapy is based on collaboration and systemic thinking. Our therapists have a balanced caseload, plenty of time for professional liaison, and their well-being is taken seriously and supported.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively with a range of other professionals including social workers, case managers, educators, and family members. You will also work closely with Chroma’s management and clinical teams. You will demonstrate a collaborative working style, excellent report writing, and a client-centered way of facilitating group and individual sessions. Chroma always works in partnership with other professionals.

Location: Manchester, North-West
Employed part-time (3 days per week)
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 (FTE) pro rata, depending on experience
