Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League is looking for a Store Manager to support its retail operations and contribute to driving the commercial success of the department.
The successful applicant will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring the delivery of best in class customer service, managing staff and fostering a sales driven environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer focused mind set and the desire to create an exemplary supporter experience.
The ideal candidate will have previous management experience and be available to work in alignment with store opening hours which currently operate Tuesday to Saturday. Flexibility will be required to cover matchday fixtures outside of the standard operating days and times, as well as extended trading around peak sales periods such as kit launches and Christmas.
The position will be offered on a full time permanent basis. All relevant training will be provided.
