We are growing the team and looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join us here at WDH. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting managers to attract and hire the best people to help us deliver high-quality services to our communities.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
2. Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and advising on the best recruitment practices.
3. Assisting on diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a wide and diverse talent pool.
4. Managing job adverts, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
5. Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
6. Supporting employer branding initiatives to position WDH as an employer of choice.
What we’re looking for:
1. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
2. Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and diversity initiatives.
3. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proven experience in recruitment and CIPD (level 5) accreditation.
