In this role you will be working to provide exceptional administration support to our busy IT Department, completing essential tasks to ensure we provide an effective and efficient service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly team to our Birchwood Park Office where you will report into the Office Manager for IT and deal with all the day-day admin tasks required to support a business function. This will include: Ordering and maintenance of IT equipment Dealing with external suppliers and contracts Maintaining in-house databases Raising purchase orders and confirming receipt of orders Data input and general administration duties. To succeed in this role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours: Previous experience of working in a busy office administration role IT literate, you will be proficient in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel Highly organised and accurate with excellent attention to detail A conscientious approach - able to complete tasks to deadlines and follow processes and procedures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - you'll be confident in speaking with all levels of staff Self-motivated and keen to take the initiative A flexible and 'can-do' approach A supportive team player Inquisitive with good problem-solving skills.
