Description and Requirements Can you drive the sales training initiatives and deliver internal and business partner sales training programs to drive enterprise sales growth? In this role you will engage with the in-geography sales Vice President and sales leadership teams to understand business priorities and to assist in defining specific training needs. You will act as the in-geo consultant & program manager to define the sales training. You will become a part of the Worldwide Sales Learning & Development Team (WW SLD). The team is responsible for the effectiveness and impact of all sales training programs for our Data Center Group, including the development and delivery of learning programs. You will report into the Manager of the Global ISG Sales Learning and Development team based in Vienna, Austria. We are open to hire this role in any European country, feel free to apply from anywhere in Europe. What else is waiting for you in this role? - Training development. You will leverage in-geo subject matter experts for geo-specific programs; provide subject matter experts processes & tools for rapid content development; and customize worldwide programs, as needed (e.g., translation). - Training deployment. You will manage geo sales training program delivery processes, planning & program reporting. - Occasional collaboration with external, third party vendors for training program/content sourcing, development and/or delivery. - Project Management - logistics and administrative- related activities for instructor-led training events including: budget, resources, scheduling, materials, location, catering, etc. - Leading the ongoing training needs analysis to define geo-specific sales training requirements; recommending appropriate training solutions; you will lead/participate in the design, development, and delivery of training programs. - Collaboration with the Product and Marketing Teams to understand product offerings and related sales strategies-from technical specs to value proposition to go to market strategies. - Reporting. Measuring impact of training programs to stakeholders, monitoring, delivering, and interpreting ROI metrics for business impact, adoption, utilization, and alignment. What will help you to get your job done? - Bachelors degree or higher.
