Customer Service Coordinator (Reefer) Full time, Temporary (Maternity Cover) We have an exciting opportunity for a Reefer Customer Service Coordinator to join our Reefer Customer Service Team. This team will handle every aspect of the customer’s journey, imports and exports. The role will not only focus on providing the very best experience for our internal and external customers but on ensuring we help maximise revenue. The successful applicant of this role will be part of the team liaising with all relevant internal departments to ensure that our product is the very best in the industry through a tailored training plan of a bespoke product. Skills and experience you'll bring to us Attention to detail Excellent communication skills A flexible approach and 'can do' attitude are essential Good numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
