Base pay range
Location: London - Hybrid
Salary: Up to Circa £115,000 basic with performance-based bonuses and advisor commission plus full corporate benefits package

I’m looking to speak to a passionate and driven Financial Advisor or Financial Advisor Manager to join the talented team. If you are motivated by delivering exceptional financial guidance and have the experience to lead a team, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Offer expert financial advice to clients on a wide range of areas, including investment strategies, retirement planning, tax efficiency, and estate planning.
* Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
* Conduct detailed financial assessments to understand clients’ goals, risk profiles, and long-term objectives.
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of junior financial advisors, ensuring a high level of performance and professionalism.
* Drive new business development through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to potential clients.
* Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, regulations, and market changes to provide accurate and relevant advice.
* Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets to contribute to organisations growth and success.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Current experience as a Financial Advisor, with a proven track record of success in delivering tailored financial advice.
* Experience in leading/supervising/managing a team providing guidance, training, and fostering a positive team culture.
* Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulatory requirements.
* Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
* Ethical and client-first approach to financial planning.
