Our Insights team offer valuable feedback by listening to our call centre calls and providing thorough and helpful advice to team members to help them achieve their goals and targets. On a daily basis, you will pro-actively call listen and engage with team members to provide feedback.

Requirements for our Insights Analyst
* Proven experience in a call monitoring role within a Contact Centre environment
* Previous experience in a sales environment is desired but not essential
* Previous experience monitoring Webchats is advantageous
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and in a group
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to maintain a high standard
* Strong computer skills are a must - Knowledgeable on MS Office
* Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team
Responsibilities of our Insights Analyst
* Listening to calls to provide varied feedback
* Highlight any missed sales opportunities
* Identify any trends by Sales Teams
* Provide insights on coaching areas for Team Managers to complete
* Provide insights around lead quality
* Any ad hoc requests on request
* Supporting the Telemarketing department to increase sales
* Maintenance of data spreadsheets and compilation of data to provide daily/weekly/monthly MI
* Using your initiative to create original solutions to problems
* General admin to support sales
Please note, you will be required to travel to the Contact Centre in Stockport on a monthly basis.
