As an Early Years Teacher, you will be responsible for: Full class teacher responsibilities, including planning, delivering, and marking lessons. Teaching Early Years (EYFS) within a Primary School setting. Supporting the development of 3-4-year-olds in line with the Birth to Five framework. Deploying Teaching Assistants effectively to enhance learning. Managing behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment. Collaborating with staff and parents to support children's development. Required Skills and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience as an Early Years Teacher in a Primary School setting. Strong understanding of the Birth to Five framework. Ability to deploy Teaching Assistants effectively. Excellent behaviour management skills. Knowledge of EYFS curriculum and assessment.
