What we'd like from you:
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our HealthTech SaaS platform.
* Oversee content creation and ensure all marketing materials (website, social, email etc.) are aligned with the brand and effectively communicate our value proposition.
* Manage the execution of full mix marketing campaigns, including PR, advertising, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
* Work closely with sales teams to generate leads, build marketing funnels, and optimise the sales cycle.
* Analyse marketing data and performance metrics to measure ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, features, and launches.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
* Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, press, and industry leaders to increase brand visibility and thought leadership.
* Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a B2B Marketing Manager within HealthTech - essential.
* Strong understanding of marketing channels, including PR, email and content marketing, and social media.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages for various healthcare audiences.
* Data-driven with experience analysing marketing metrics and adjusting strategies based on performance.
* A creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content and innovative marketing campaigns.
* Strong project management skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and customer support) to execute joint initiatives.
* A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Salary: £45k + Benefits
