Due to further expansion, the Paul Rigby Volvo Birmingham currently have a vacancy available for a front of house Service Advisor. We are looking for an individual who is hard-working, confident and has a passion for offering the best customer service possible with a smile on their face.
Paul Rigby Group is one of the few independent family run retailers in the UK. We pride ourselves on our aftersales services, our Volvo service operation is the largest in the country.
At the Paul Rigby group, we have a very longstanding relationship with our customers and we know they expect high levels of customer service, we are looking for an individual who can provide this service and provide it consistently.
This role includes the following:
* Welcoming customers upon arrival to the dealership
* Dealing with customer bookings and requests (by phone & email)
* Contacting customers and providing vehicle updates and estimates required for work/repair
* Operating and maintaining third party booking systems (1 Link / eDynamix)
* Invoicing and taking payment
* Monitoring and maintaining all Work In Progress
* Be familiar with operating multiple operating systems
* Checking in and out courtesy vehicles
The individual we are looking for would be ideally suited to this role if they possess excellent interpersonal skills, a self-motivated team player, focused on achieving goals and have the ability to deal with all types of customers under different circumstances.
* It is vital that the individual holds excellent communication and listening skills.
* All training is provided to aid development.
* Previous experience and a full UK driving license is ideally suited.
* Working Hours: Monday-Friday (0800-1800) & alternative Saturday shifts (0830-1230) (Full Time Position)
* Salary - £30,000 per annum (bonus £300pm+), Saturday shifts and individual performance bonuses are additional to the stated salary.
