Support Worker Adults Residential Care About the Role As a Support Worker in our 6-bed Young Adults Residential Service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and complex health needs. Your mission will be to provide high-quality, person-centered care, empowering the adults in our care to achieve independence, develop new skills, and lead fulfilling lives.
