Position: Orthodontic Specialist Sales Representative (Maternity Cover)

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Orthodontic Specialist Sales Representative, ideally who already has a network of contacts in the Orthodontic field to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our existing customer base in Scotland while driving nationwide growth of our orthodontic specialist customer base. This role offers the flexibility to be based anywhere in the UK, with the expectation of traveling to Scotland at least twice per month.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers in Scotland, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Sales Growth: Identify and engage with potential orthodontic specialists across the UK to expand Clear Correct’s market presence.
3. Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for Scotland and other key regions in the UK to achieve sales targets and objectives.
4. Product Promotion: Educate and train dental professionals on the benefits and usage of Clear Correct products through presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions.
5. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and support teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication and service delivery.
7. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
1. Proven sales experience in the dental or orthodontic industry, preferably with a focus on clear aligners or related products.
2. Strong understanding of the dental market in the UK, with existing relationships with orthodontic specialists being a plus.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Willingness to travel, particularly to Scotland at least twice per month.
6. Valid UK driving license.
