Overview Job Role: Cinch Hub Customer Advisor Hours: 40hours Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday Salary: £25,500 - £28,500 per annum We're cinch. The role Cinch Hub Customer Advisor As the Cinch Hub Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a best-in-class service to cinch’s customers at our click and collect locations around the country, assisting them with anything from purchasing their next vehicle online to collecting their new vehicle when its ready. You will carry out vehicle handovers and local deliveries to our customers, showing them around the vehicle and answering any questions they may have. You may also be required to receive and process their old vehicle in part exchange or exchange courtesy vehicles. Our cinch hubs will form a key part of our network, supporting customers through our faff-free experience. Key Responsibilities Locate and set up vehicle at the click and collect location in the selected collection slot. Inspect vehicle and ensure the vehicle is fit to handover to the customer Record vehicle handover through our systems Conduct vehicle handover with the customer, demonstrating key features and answering customer questions Receive and process customer part exchange vehicle through our systems Relocate part exchange vehicles on site ready to be collected by transporter Assist potential customers through the selection and purchasing process online Manage vehicles through group repair and valet resources Ensure click and collect location is tidy and presentable What we look for in you Essential Held a full UK licence for more than 2 years, with 6 or less points Exceptional customer service skills Punctual with great time management skills Organised and proactive Strong communication skills A ‘can-do’ attitude Ability to work alone or within a team Desirable: Experience in automotive or prior vehicle knowledge INDLP
