Regular supervision will be provided and you will be encouraged to undertake any training relevant to your professional and personal development. You will be supported by an experienced leadership team from across the professions who facilitate forums for Nursing and Occupational Therapists and hold your development as central. Our AMHT provide an assessment and treatment function and the staff working within the team work on a rota covering shifts from 07.00 to 21.00 (7 days/week).The successful candidate will be required to work mainly 9-5 Monday to Friday however there is an expectation that there is flexibility to cover the out of hours shifts when required. The team are working using the FACT model of care. There are daily triage meetings with all members of the MDT (Doctors, social workers, nurses, occupational therapists and psychologists).
