**Kitchen Management Professional Wanted!
We are searching for a highly skilled and motivated Kitchen Management Professional to join our client's team at an Educational Establishment in Swanley. As a Temporary Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, managing a team of 5 catering staff, and ensuring that all food is prepared and served safely and efficiently.
You will work closely with the catering team to plan menus, purchase ingredients, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
