We are currently recruiting for Front of house customer service assistants on a fixed term (3-6 months) or Zero hour contract basis to join our team at Hever Castle.
As a Customer Service Assistant you will be enthusiastic can engage well with customers and who is keen to gain new skills in a large hospitality environment. As a member of our team, you will need to be flexible in covering different areas of business this includes restaurant, retail and events operations.
Your duties may include but are not limited to;
Undertaking a variety of tasks within the catering facility including; serving hot & cold food, clearing tables, refreshment service, operating the till & cash handling.
Shifts are predominately daytime, but there are some evening hours available as and when events are on.
Experience is ideal but not essential as a full training is provided for new team members to get you up to speed and integrated with the team.
