Our client is looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator to join their team.
Working for a well-established and respected company, our client is seeking someone who is looking to build on their HR experience.
HR Administrator Role:
Reporting to the Group HR Director, the role of an HR Administrator is to provide administrative support to the HR department across the full range of HR activities and central administration.
You will provide administrative support to investigations under the Disciplinary and Grievance procedures for the company.
You will be responsible for managing all new CVs and responding to them as appropriate; this will include organizing interviews.
You will be responsible for credit checks and references for new starters, including the company car ordering process.
You will be required to assist with the maintenance and updates of the HR computer system (XCD); this will include holiday, sickness, and data checks.
You will also be required to assist and help organize internal employee events.
As a HR Administrator:
1. Be able to prioritize and deal with a multiple workload to meet deadlines.
2. Be friendly but professional in your approach and be able to communicate well with candidates and employees.
3. Organize your own time efficiently and work well towards deadlines.
4. Be naturally organized with paperwork and have good attention to detail.
